Throughout Proverbs we are taught to gain wisdom, knowledge, understanding and instruction. Subsequently, the mission of the college tour is to support our youth as they pursue knowledge and instruction by exposing them to the options available to them after high school. ~Proverbs 16:16

About The HBCU Tour
Fellowship Minneapolis serves a community and membership that are primarily African American. As such, we are intentional in highlighting HBCUs because we know that representation matters. Exposing our Black youth to environments where they can look around and see others who look like them and, excelling and thriving academically is a powerful motivating force.
College tours are an effective way for students to gain exposure to the campus culture, student life, and the programs available at different institutions. Visits to college and university campuses can help students establish what type of environment is best suited for their learning style. These visits are meant to inspire senior high school students and help give them a vision for their academic futures.
